15 biggest banks downgraded by Moody’s

Moody’s Investors Service has downgraded the ratings of the 15 biggest banks of the world including Bank of America, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Moody’s justifies their rating by saying that they have significant exposure to volatility and capital market risks. Some banks called the Moody’s move backward looking, arbitrary and unwarranted.
