IBPS Clerk 2012 Selection Procedure. IBPS Bank Clerk Selection Process Explained.
The IBPC Clerk 2012 Recruitment Notification has come, All aspirants who wants to join Public Sector Banks now have to appear in the 2nd Common Written Exams (CWE) which will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).
Who can apply?
A Graduate with basic computer knowledge can apply for the CWE Clerk -II.
In Clerical Post or in a similar post in that cadre in the participating banks.
What is the selection procedure?
Any eligible candidate is required to clear the Common Written Examination (CWE). This time the IBPS will conduct the Common Written Exam (CWE) online. Candidates who qualify in CWE Clerk-II, will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be co-ordinated by IBPS. Candidates, successful in qualifying in both the CWE and Common Interview will be listed in the order of merit.
Depending on the vacancies in each bank of his preference, candidate will receive through a computerized system an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks listed below. Vacancies remaining unfilled on account of candidates declining offer, will be filled from among the remaining candidates, through subsequent iterations.
