My Sincere Doubt Here is When a recogonized institution Like IBPS conducted IBPS Examination and declared the candidate as qualified why most of the banks again restricting with cutoff marks for Interview.

Because Many aspirants have dream to get opportunity to work in a Bank. Hence My Humble request to all Banks to review in this subject Matter and Give Opportunity to all Qualified Candidates to Face Interview and assess their talent and if the Management feel that they are Suitable you can select else reject.
Please treat this as my appeal Sir.

    Regards,
    Prasad
