Australia won Men’s Hockey World Cup 2014

Men’s Hockey Tem of Australia on 15 June 2014 won the 2014 edition of Men’s Hockey World Cup for second successive time. Australia defeated Netherlands 6-1 in the final at Kyocera Stadium in The Hague, Netherlands.

Australia won the title for the first time in 1986 when the current Australian coach Ric Charlesworth played for Australia. Germany was the only nation to win the title two consecutive times.
