Karnataka Assembly Elections 2013: Congress Claimed 121 seats of 223.

Indian National Congress (INC)Indian National Congress Logo on May 8, 2013 won 121 seats of the 223 seats on which polls were contested in Karnataka Assembly Elections 2013, the elections were held on 5 May 2013.

Congress returned back to power after seven years in the state. The party of opposition Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) and Janta-Dal Secular (JD-S) managed to win 40 seats each.
