IBPS has declared the results of Common Written Exam (CWE) on December, 2011 but they never declared the categorized result like they did in case of CWE Clerk exam. Many candidates passed the exam, secured a decent score and applied to different banks on the basis of the prescribed cut-off scores. But candidates had no clue to know how many other candidates were in the fray.
But now after almost four months from the original date of result publication, The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has put out the frequency distribution of the total weighted scores secured by successful candidates.
The analysis of this data suggests that the topper of IBPS CWE PO exam scored between 211-215 marks range and there are only 15 people scored above 200. There are only 159 people scored above 190.
This is a very good step taken by IBPS, it will definitely help the candidates to understand the competition and also will help them to guess their chances in Group Discussion/ Personal Interview.
