I am having 62% marks but I want to ask IBPS authorities— Is that a fair decision because already I(genearl) qualified last Ibps PO having 59.39 cutoff marks but didnt placed but others with 49% marks in graduation got placed in bank. So why you are taking this decision now???? I think B4 taking this decision you should cancelled their selection….

is this ias exam or ips exam for asking 60% its unfair ibps should rethink the decision on this for available opprtunity by every student

There are four major changes in IBPS PO-3 Notification

    1. Fee:- Rs. 450/- Rs. 600/-

    2. Age Limit:-30- 28.

    3. Descriptive Paper was Conducted earlier but not being conducted in 2013.

    4. Eligibility:- Only Graduation- Graduation with 60%.

These changes are made after getting a huge no. of Students in IBPS PO-1 and IBPS PO-2.

  15. suresh says:

Hi .. This is ridiculous of keeping percentage as 60%.. most of them
may end with 59 also and some with 59.5, 59.85 and so on. So we will right knowledge people. Please reduce the % to minimum 55 so that every one can attend prove them selves in the exam instead of limiting the people.

  16. Rishav says:

This is really unfair……..if u r taking exms den why r u asking 60% in graduation…..just call d students having 70% marks in graduation direct for interview….likewise private companies are doing!!
    ……

  17. Rishav says:

& for sc-st…..dey should hv consession in cinema theatres also
    tickets for gen-250
    tickets for sc-st-25

  20. WebMaster says:

I think IBPS must have give options for Post graduation also. means if students not able to scored 60% marks in graduation, they they can apply on the basis for post graduation, if they scored 60% marks in post graduation.

  21. Ekta says:

jab sbi po graduation me 40% marks rakh sakta hai to IBPS kya isse bada hai. I think this is really unfair. plz change these rules

  22. anchal kumar says:

My name is Anchal kumar I am really disappointing from the IBPS decision about the 60 per cent in graduation because most of the top most university just like DELHI UNIVERSITY’s student were not get the 60 per cent.

Currently I am thinking that I had spoiled my entire year for PO exam because they had not informed earlier and currently they are giving the information just to harass the student same as the central government.

So its my request to don’t spoiled our career because talent is not just based on percentage sense of humour and knowledge also matters to deal with customers at that you cannot give the excuse that I have the 60 per cent so I am talented and know each and every thing.

Really I am very disappointing with this decision and hopes that this is the worst situation which I have to suffer just because of IBPS and the useless persons who are the parts of it. They should first check there own talent and after that judge us on our percentage.

  23. Laxmi says:

    Laxmi,
If a normal graduation student gradually manner prepares for competitive & aspirantly waiting for the opportunities for the appaerance of exam but ri8 now u’ve all & sudden change ur decision altimately spoil their future. Ry8 nw what they can do?? At the end of time they can not appear the exam only for the 60 %,age limit………..that means prepared for a long period of time is inavain for them…………ry8 nw what they can do ??????????

First of all give the opportunities for the appearing the exam then u scrutinise. If u will not give the chances to them how can they perform their platform.% is not only indicate a good student .
Henceforth ,please give the equal opportunities to all student in IBPS-3 platform.
    1- any graduate- 60% graduation
    2-30 -28yrs old age limit
    3-Rs450 /- 600 fees
Kindly taking the consideration tha above mentioned points……….this is alast resort………….

  24. Manasminee says:

    Manasminee,,

As per ur concerning rules a normal graduate will leave the platform ?????????????
If a student prepares simply & keeps the resort I can appear the exam then I can perform my ability * prove as a good platform for me…….. If u take the % according to new trend of students means they belong to Autonomous students ,before 5 years the top universities student can accure tha much % ??????????????
All & sudden changes bring a great stroke for the long aspirants so they are unable to perform their ability.
if u ‘ll take 60% or any “Post graduate” then some extent can be releived from a great stroke…& consolation will bring for appearance of exam.Only we want “GIVE THE CHANCES FOR EXAM FIRST OF ALL” then “CHOOSE OUT”………..

    “A Good % never indicate only a good student”……..
Ultimately strictly strengthen changes into “Unemployment” for our country…..As a pleasing mood reiterate ur decision which can a great opportunity for appear the exam.
Hopely I am waiting for ur positive decision………………

    Hi ,

I want to know one thing , if i attempt 15 questions in each section with 100% accuracy in IBPS online exam , can i pass the exam according to Linear Transformation Method ( I heard that IBPS will correct papers through this method ). I heard a lot of rumours in Internet Blogspots . Please any one clarify my doubt.

Will IBPS will provide bonus marks if we attempt the bits with 100% accuracy ?
